  • Q: Where can I find accessible washrooms on site?
  • A: There is an accessible washroom in each of the washrooms in the main arena.

  • Q: Where can I park for the duration of the fair?
  • A: Our General Parking area is available at our marked general parking lot in front of the West Hants Sports Complex. Parking attendants will be available to collect fees and direct you on your way!

  • Q: Where can I get a physical program?
  • A: You can find our programs at local businesses, or at the Hants County Exhibition Office located in the O’Brien Building.

  • Q: Where can I buy tickets in person?
  • A: You can buy passes in person at the Hants County Exhibition office, located in the O’Brien Building.

  • Q: How can I get involved?
  • A: If you are looking to be a volunteer for the Hants County Exhibition, please visit the Hants County Exhibition website, hover over the ‘HCEx 2026’ tab and click ‘Volunteer’ to access the volunteer application form. Looking to be involved in some other way? Hover over ‘HCEx 2026’ to access vendor application information, entry forms, sponsorship and more.

  • Q: Is there accessible seating in the arena?
  • A: Yes, you can find accessible seating in the arena on the left side near the blue flip down seats!

    Q: What entrance should I be coming through as a spectator?
  • A: If you park in general parking, your entrance will be through the back of the industrial building connected to the parking lot, where you can pay your admission fees and receive your re-entry stamp. If you have parked elsewhere, you can choose to enter at the previously mentioned entrance, or the main pedestrian entrance off the intersection on Wentworth Road.

  • Q: In case of emergency, where can I find first-aid kits and AED machines?
  • A: Our security team has many first-aid qualified responders, and we also have an AED machine located in the main arena. First-aid kits can be found around the grounds, including one in the cattle barn, one in the main office, and one in the main arena.

  • Q: How can I sponsor?
  • A: If you are interested in sponsoring, please visit our sponsorship tab on the HCEx website, or contact manager@hantscountyex.ca

  • Q: Where is Lost and Found?
  • A: Lost and found is located in the HCEx Office, located in the O’Brien Building on site.

  • Q: Where is the family room located?
  • A: Dressing room number 8 in the main arena is available with comfortable seating, changing tables, and a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle.

  • Q: Do you offer to rent campers onsite?
  • A: No, we do not have any campers or rvs to rent. If you are interested in renting a camper or rv and bringing it to the grounds, check out places like Fraserway RV in Bedford, Canadream RV Rentals in Elmsdale, or Cruise Canada RV Rental in Upper Sackville.
