These brothers are sure to bring the energy to the HCEx on Saturday, September 19!!

Tide & Timbre is a country-rock duo from Digby County, Nova Scotia! Drawing from classic rock, country and East Coast influences, they are sure to provide music that you can Boot Scoot n’ Boogie to all night long! With catchy original songs and high energy performances, Tide & Timbreis sure to put on a show you will not want to miss.

Nominated for Music Nova Scotia’s Country Recording of the Year in 2024, you’ll be Feelin’ Pretty Good while you dance the night away! They perform from Sydney to Yarmouth and everywhere in between, including our very own Hants County Exhibition!

George Wolf, Thomas Majcan, and Camerson Palmer are back again to combine their experience and musical influences and blow the doors off the O’Brien Building on

Saturday night. They are always busy rocking numerous venues in the Halifax region, and their second album, ‘Life Goes On’ has received an impressive amount of airtime across the Maritimes, as well as internationally.

Get ready for a night of country hits as Jason Price takes over the O’Brien Building dance hall on Saturday, September 26!!

Jason is a talented singer-songwriter who has shared the stage with many established musicians including Lonestar, Terri Clark, Brett Kissell, and many more. Jason is a passionate musician, and it shows every time he performs! If you enjoy the works of Randy Travis, Brooks and Dunn, and other country music legends, you will love Jason’s music.

With a captivating stage presence and unmistakable baritone voice, he has become a crowd favourite. We can’t wait for Jason to perform, and we know you won’t want to miss it!!

FISHERKINGS: WEEKEND 2 OPENER

The FisherKings are the HCEx Weekend 2 O’Brien Building Dance Hall Openers!!

A Nova Scotia based trio celebrating the spirit of Atlantic Canada through 70s AM radio classics, East Coast favourites, classic country, and even audience singalongs, the HCEx is looking forward to hosting the FisherKings on Saturday, September 26!

Featuring acoustic guitar, piano, vocal harmonies, and – of course – live drums, the group creates an upbeat community-focused performance that brings generations together through familiar music, storytelling, and the traditions of Maritime culture.

The FisherKings will definitely make you feel the heart of the HCEx, and we know you won’t want to miss it!
