Volunteering at the HCEx is a win-win!

You’ll meet friendly faces, support local traditions, gain hands-on experience, and make unforgettable memories. Your contribution helps create a welcoming, vibrant space for fairgoers. Then, as a thank you bonus, have a day at the fair on us! Want your family to join you? Committing to a few shifts gets them in for free, too! Check it out:

1 shift (5 hours)

Same day access (1) + 2 day passes for use on any other day
(Come with a friend!)

2 shifts (10 hours)

Same day access (1) + day pass x 3 for use on any other day
(come with a couple of friends!)

3 shifts (3 x 5 hours)

Same days access (1) + Weekend pass for alternate weekend x 2
(You and a friend can enjoy a whole weekend together at the fair!)

6 shifts (3 x 5 hours)
Friday x2 / Saturday x2 / Sunday x 2
Weekend #1 & Weekend #2

Same days access (1) + Weekend pass x 3
(Treat your family to a weekend at the fair and once you’re done your shift(s), you can join them!)

All volunteers receive a complimentary Volunteer T-Shirt

Shift Times:

Mornings: 10am-3pm
Afternoon / Evening: 3pm-8pm
