Note: No tear-down of display is to begin until all show visitors have exited the show after 6:00 pm Sunday.

Note: All exhibitors are required to insure their own merchandise against fire, theft and all perils. Exhibitors are required to maintain public liability insurance to a minimum of $2,000,000.00, listing the Darwin Event Group and Windsor Agricultural Society as additional insured, for the period covering the show dates plus move-in and move-out dates. Proof of insurance is required and must be received by September 1, 2024.

Booth Space Rental Prices (+HST)

Single Booth (ONE WEEKEND) $300 each + Tax
Single Booth (BOTH WEEKENDS) $400 each + tax. (Savings: $200)
Double Booth (ONE WEEKEND) $600 each + tax
Double Booth (BOTH WEEKENDS) $800 each + tax. (Savings: $400)
Outside Space (ONE WEEKEND) $600 each + tax.
Outside Space (BOTH WEEKENDS) $850 each + tax. (Savings: $350)

Your Space Rental Includes

  • 1 (one) 6ft table + 2 chairs
  • 15-amp electrical plug per booth
  • FREE booth internet
  • 8 ft. high drape backdrop and side-rail drape where booths allow (excluding bulk space)
  • Aisle cleaning
  • Scheduled move-in/move-out

First Right of Refusal

2024 exhibitors will be given the first right of refusal on their same location for 2025 show until December 1, 2024. After that date, all unclaimed booth space will be available to new exhibitors or exhibitors looking to move to a new location.

Ive sent in my space rental contract … what happens next?

After having received and reviewed your space rental contract and deposit we will send you a confirmation email. This confirmation will acknowledge receipt of your contract and will include a receipt for your payment as well as your booth assignment.
